Patients can utilize this application to schedule appointments, access lab results, exchange secure messages, review and sign consent forms, access educational materials, view vital records, make online payments, and update insurance and demographic information, including image uploads of insurance cards and personal photos. Additionally, patients have the ability to conduct telemedicine video calls with their healthcare provider.

HOW TO USE:

• Download the application and use the search function to locate your provider by clinic or provider name. Then, log in using your nAble Patient Portal username and password.

New Users:

• New patients interested in scheduling an appointment at an nAble clinic can submit a request by searching for the physician or clinic.
